Return Policy


The policy for all customers that would like to return material purchased from Federal Connectors should follow the following procedure. This is the process for requests to return the material. The request will be reviewed and if approved and RMA number will be issued by Federal Connectors.
Federal Connectors requires that customers need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before returning products purchased from Federal Connectors. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice. Material returned must be in their original packaging and must be in unused and new-like condition.
Any item that is designated as Non-Cancelable/ Non-returnable (NCNR) at the time of purchase is not returnable.
When returning parts due to customer error, your refund will exclude shipping and handling costs and an additional restocking fee of 35% of the cost of the part(s) to be returned may apply.
The restocking charge will be determined upon review of the RMA request and will be based on numerous criteria that will be considered for each individual request.
When returning parts, please follow these steps:
• Please complete the RMA Request Form on the Federal Connectors website to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number before you return any product. Link to the RMA request form is located under your order list as shown below:

• If you request is approved you will receive an RMA number via email after your RMA request is reviewed.
• This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton being used for the return.
• Use shipping method which provides a tracking number.
• Return freight charge must be prepaid and COD returns will not be accepted.
